Our weekly trips to the ranch and our relationships with both horses and the people and have become part of our regular routine, an oasis from the medical world of treatments, doctors, tests, and hospitals and cancer. Cancer disrupted our lives in so many ways, and El Dustberry has given us a comforting and safe place to weather the storm and begin to put the pieces back together.
El Dustberry is unique and very successful in offering a variety of programs interwoven by common threads: self confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness increase as participants are motivated to set goals and then attain them. An "I can do anything!" attitude prevails at our ranch, as students and guests rekindle excitement, conquer old fears, and are challenged by new experiences which enable them to create and pursue their dreams with new hope. more >
